The Foundation's purpose is to provide support for Fisher-Titus, Norwalk Memorial Home and North Central EMS. Through philanthropy, the Foundation raises funds to strengthen the health care services available to our community.

With your support the Foundation helps secure new technology, implement hospital initiatives, assist patients and invest in capital building projects to improve and expand inpatient and outpatient services for residents in the communities we serve.
