COVID-19 Testing at Fisher-Titus
Fisher-Titus offers COVID-19 testing. Please call to schedule an appointment with your provider as appointments are required, walk-ins will not be accepted. To schedule an appointment, please call 419-660-2646.
As the COVID-19 National Emergency ends, Fisher-Titus COVID-19 testing will be available at the below locations, beginning May 1, 2023.
- Family Medicine - Bellevue
- Family Medicine - Milan
- Family Medicine - New London
- Family Medicine - Wakeman
- Family Medicine - Willard
- Convenient Care
- Norwalk Primary Care
- Pediatrics
With the exception of Pediatrics, these locations will be scheduling COVID-19 collection and have a dedicated parking spot that patients can park in. Signs will help distinguish which parking spot patients should use upon arrival. Pediatrics patients should call for instructions.
Please keep in mind that all patients should check with their insurance company regarding potential costs for COVID-19 testing and that these changes are being made due to the Public Health Emergency expiring May 11, 2023.
How Do I Access My Results?
Patients are encouraged to view their results in the myFisherTitus patient portal. myFisherTitus patient portal offers personalized and secure online access to Fisher-Titus medical records. It is an online tool that enables our patients to help manage and receive information about their health. Users can:
- View health history and doctor visit summaries.
- View lab test results.
- Communicate with their provider office.
- Request and schedule appointments.
