Dr. Basem Haddad is the Medical Director of the Fisher-Titus Sleep Center and a Pulmonologist with Fisher-Titus Pulmonary Medicine. Dr. Haddad is board certified in pulmonary disease, critical care, and sleep medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also certified in sleep medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Haddad has experience in Pulmonary Medicine, Sleep Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine with Premier Physicians Centers in Westlake. He is currently Section Chief of Pulmonary Medicine at Fairview and Lutheran hospitals. Prior to pursuing his fellowship in 2003, he worked as a Hospitalist at the Cleveland Clinic’s Lutheran Hospital and an Internist at MetroHealth’s (Cleveland) West Park Hospital.
A graduate of Damascus University, Dr. Haddad completed his Fellowship in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and his Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Haddad also completed a Residency in Internal Medicine at the Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Haddad is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, the Society of Critical Care Medicine, and the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
