Matt Mattner, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Fisher-Titus, has been named as one of the Top Hospital and Health System COOs for 2023 by Becker’s Hospital Review. He is one of 75 COOs in the country to be recognized and one of only seven in Ohio.
