Donation & Sponsorship Requests

As a not-for-profit community health system, Fisher-Titus supports community projects that align with the mission, vision, strategic plans, and community benefit objectives of Fisher-Titus that will enhance the health and quality of life of persons in our service area.

Preference will be given to requests that support:

• Health needs identified by the Huron County Health Assessment.
• Unmet community health and social service needs.
• Education especially focused on advancing health and wellness.

Please note: We provide funding directly to non-profit organizations rather than funding organizations that are hosting fundraisers for non-profit entities.

The following requests may not be considered for support:

• Individuals or individual fundraising efforts
• Political causes or candidates
• Sponsorships to for-profit entities
• Programs outside our service area
• Fundraising for individual schools' academic or extracurricular activities

Review and Approval

Please submit the Online Request Form below at least TWO MONTHS before your event. If your request is approved, you will receive a response from the Fisher-Titus Community Benefit Committee.
